A virtual kickoff
For the whole team. You’ll watch a made-up request become a working branching scenario. Then we cover what AI does well, where it goes wrong and the hard lines we never cross.
I’m Rachel Weiss, an AI enablement consultant for L&D teams. We start with one job your team repeats, like drafting a scenario or revising a job aid. I walk everyone through it as we build and check it against your source, so your team learns how to do it themselves instead of just watching a demo. On a training platform I built, people have played more than 64,000 games since spring 2026.
The call is a fit conversation. Paid work is scheduled separately, after we agree it is right for you.

One full day or two half days, at your office or online. We set up Claude and teach it your team, then build the real thing. We end with your team’s playbook and a showcase page for your leaders.
With each person, on their own project. Each person leaves with a 30-day plan. About 30 days after the coaching, we meet as a team for a short check-in, and it’s included.
E.M. Designs’ AI leadership coaching helps you bring along the people who aren’t sure yet, set the quality checks your team uses and pick which AI work to take on first. You leave with a 90-day roadmap. It can run on its own or alongside your team’s coaching.
These are learning games you play in your browser, each set in a real kind of job. Want one of your own? I can build it for you or with your team.
Each option has a clear starting point. We confirm the right scope and timing on the free call.
Your game, in your brand, handed back finished. After a short intake you send your finished questions and a logo, and I build the rest.
You choose from a menu: the game, the rounds, the pass mark, the brand, the wording. Two rounds of changes to those choices are included, and one round of fixes on my side if the file misbehaves in your LMS. The SCORM file is yours for good, for any number of learners. The hosted link stays live for 12 months, and you can swap the question bank once in that year. Writing the questions from your source material, new game mechanics, and custom artwork are separate work. I take on two a month. If I cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund.

For teams who need several people to agree on the result, or want to see how it is made. One decision-maker signs off the content before the day. Add the editable source and a handover session so your team can revise it themselves: from $5,000 in total.

The difference from a Build Day: a Build Day fills an existing game with your content. This is a decision structure designed for your situation. Scope and price are fixed once the decision map is agreed. Limited availability.
