The dialogue is yours. Two ways to do it — pick whichever suits you.

Say this — if you want a different personality Rewrite Bob's lines so he sounds like someone from my office — more [formal / chaotic / cheerful / deadpan].
Say this — if you'd rather write it yourself I want to write Bob's lines myself. Show me what he says now and I'll give you mine.
